After the summer holidays we always find it’s conference time and that gives us a great chance to catch-up with friends and colleagues from previous projects and hopefully talk to some people who have not worked with us before. We are always keen to talk about the emerging technologies and trends and how we could help you take advantage of them.
We have stands at the following events, so if you would like to come along to meet the team and discuss your next CRM or Data project, we’d be delighted to see you:
We expect to see a lot of people at these events, so we encourage you to pre-arrange a time to meet us for a catch-up. Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time.
We have also continued to help several organisations achieve real benefit from their investment in CRM. Read on for our latest case studies from RCPCH and CQI, and don’t forget to check the MAST website regularly as we plan to publish several more over the coming months.
As always, we’re here to discuss any CRM or Data projects you might need our support on. Get in touch on the details below to start your project with us.
Director, MAST ICT
The work that MAST did in moving towards automated placement and results letters is estimated to have saved in the region of £19,000 a year for RCPCH, as well as approximately 10 weeks a year in printing, stuffing and posting exam-related letters.
“Everyone trusts the work that MAST does, so if they say we have to do something a certain way, then people are happy to work with that. It shows that they have the kind of backing and trust across the team to make change happen.”
For this project, MAST created new custom tables in iMIS, built new pages for CQI’s staff website, created new dashboards and reports, automated new processes using TaskCentre and created an online portal for partners to maintain their own details.
“MAST are good at replying to any key issues. They monitor the automated processes, so if anything falls over late at night or on the weekend, they’ll fix it and email to let me know. We highly recommend them.”
Join MAST ICT as we attend the main event for the ASI Europe community, the ASI Insight Day.
Taking place on 19 October 2016, this is an invitation-only, annual client seminar to hear about the latest product updates, learn how to use ASI products in a more effective way, provide feedback, and most importantly network with colleagues from the not-for-profit sector.
Martin Thompson and Keith Robertson from the MAST team will be speaking alongside Robert Skelton-Stroud, from the Chartered Quality Institute, about our recent work with them.
The MAST team will be heading to the Charity Technology Conference, a unique event designed for charity IT and digital leaders, taking place on 17 November.
Now entering its eleventh year, this year’s programme makes clear that charities of all types and causes are leveraging technology to make significant progress in their fields and sowing the seeds of lasting social change. With examples from the arts, international development, healthcare, disability and youth.
We’re excited to be part of an event that brings together the very best of innovation across the sector. We’re especially looking forward to what is shaping up to be a topical debate about whether charities are ready for the future or ripe for disruption.
There are a variety of talks and workshops taking place across the themes of data, digital, people & culture and strategy, so we’d thought we’d outline a few areas where we can help you if you’re going along to the Charity Technology Conference too.
Advanced World is Advanced’s flagship customer event. Taking place annually, the conference gives an unrivalled opportunity to network with other Advanced users, meet key Advanced staff and partners, and learn more about how to enhance Advanced solutions.
This is the first time we will have a stand at this flagship event and will be looking forward to an interesting and informative day.
