It’s been a busy time at MAST ICT, our team of CRM experts has expanded over the last 9 months and we have been working on some really interesting projects which have brought real benefit to our clients.
For example, we recently completed a GIS integration project for Care For the Family which has allowed targeted selections and made a huge impact to their fundraising success. Details below.
We welcome John Fairfoul and Aaron Macnaughton to the team, who bring a wealth of CRM and data expertise, including a specialism in Integra 3.4.
Lastly, we’ll be at the Institute of Fundraising’s Technology Conference in May. More info below, but let me know if you’re going along and want to arrange a meeting.
As always, we’re here to discuss any CRM projects you might need our support on. Get in touch on the details below to start your project with us.
Director, MAST ICT
MAST recently worked on a project that allowed Care for the Family to manage and target their supporter base at a more local level, by integrating new Geographic Information Software (GIS) into their existing CRM:
“This is a sophisticated bit of software that needed to integrate with our existing set-up. We knew MAST were the CRM experts, so we brought them in to liaise with the consultant at the GIS provider to ensure that the software interacted with our CRM.”
MAST ICT will be at the IoF’s Technology Group’s Annual Conference 2016, which is taking place on Friday 20th May 2016 at the America Square Conference Centre, London.
The event is essential for all those working in technology and fundraising who want to stay up to date with sector developments, learn a new skill and be inspired to meet new challenges.
We are particularly looking forward to Jonathan Cook’s session on “The Big Charity Digital Myth”, as we have worked with him at Diabetes UK and Dyslexia Action; Jonathan providing the fundraising consultancy and MAST updating the CRM system to support the new analysis and selections.
And although it clashes with Jonathan’s session, we have found Chris Holt from The Woodland Trust’s views on the Preparing for the Fundraising Preference Service to be very balanced, as he recommends a practical and measured response based on fact, not fiction.
Integra 3.4 expert John Fairfoul has recently joined the MAST ICT team. John brings 8 years experience of CRM expertise, having worked with a Royal College and membership charity managing their data, integrations with their web sites and reporting.
